Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tishev is Silknet’s Stockholder

Silknet's shareholder is Yerkin Tatishev - a Kazakh businessman.
Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to purchase an 38.2353% interest in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's final beneficiary is Erkin Takishev. Tatishev has been a long-time Silk Road Group Partner.

If the transaction is successful, the share of Silknet beneficial owner will be changed. Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili has lost share and will have an equal part of the transaction together with Yerkin Tatishev.
